Pasta is a favorite evening time quick snack, but it can also be a quick desert that can served immersed in milk as an Indian desert Kheer.
DATABASE OF INGREDIENTS
This needs the following ingredients
• Milk
• Boiled pasta
• Powdered Almond
• Crushed Cardamom
• Chopped Coconut
• Chopped dry fruits of your choice
• Jaggery Syrup
• Ghee
• condensed Milk(optional)
ALGORITHM FOR PREPARATION
• First roast the pasta in ghee till golden brown.
• Add milk, crushed cardamom to the pasta and let it boil. You can also add condensed milk after the mixture boils.
• Meanwhile, warm up some ghee and roast first chopped coconut and then dry-fruits of your choice.
• As soon as the mixture is having a creamy consistency add crushed cardamom and jaggery syrup.
• Lastly, add the warm ghee mixture of coconut and dry-fruit.
GARNISHING
• Add a sugar art or caramelized sugar on the top.
• You can also keep some ghee roasted coconut or dry fruits.
TIPS
• Make sure you do not burn the jaggery syrup.
• You can also add rice powder for a thicker consistency.
